Uroš Marković is the Managing Partner of MVJ, advising international investors, developers and corporates on complex real estate, construction and infrastructure transactions in Serbia and the wider CEE region.
He acts on acquisitions, development projects, PPP and concession arrangements, and energy and infrastructure mandates, often as Serbian counsel on cross-border transactions led by international law firms and financial sponsors.
Uroš is particularly experienced in structuring and executing large-scale, asset-driven projects, including zoning, permitting, construction and project development, as well as real estate-driven investments.
He regularly coordinates Serbian law aspects of multi-jurisdictional transactions, working closely with international counsel, investors and project stakeholders.
