Uroš Marković is Managing Partner at MVJ. Uroš has advised clients on some of the most significant real estate and M&A transactions and infrastructure projects in the Balkan region. He is highly regarded as an expert in the area of energy and infrastructure, having been engaged in multiple projects of strategic importance for the Republic of Serbia in the capacity of advisor both to the public and the private sector, as well as in the role of author of project specific legislation for the implementation of pioneer projects. Uroš was acting as a member of the expert team within the working group of the Ministry of Mining and Energy in charge of the realization of the Project of development of cross-border gas interconnectors and gas network development of the Republic of Serbia, as well as in the role of author of project specific legislation for the implementation of pioneer projects. As a team leader, he has participated in the largest PPP and concession projects in Serbia. Acting as the lead advisor on real estate and construction matters, he has seen out the development of numerous landmark projects. Uroš is regarded as market leader by independent reviews.
