He acts as Serbian counsel on transactions led by international law firms and financial sponsors, supporting the structuring and execution of complex deals in regulated and capital-intensive sectors.
His practice focuses on energy, infrastructure and aviation, with particular experience in acquisitions and disposals, private equity investments, leveraged and acquisition finance, and project and asset finance.
Stefan regularly coordinates Serbian law aspects of multi-jurisdictional transactions, working closely with international counsel and financial institutions.
