Nikola Vukotić is a Senior Partner at MVJ and heads the firm’s Real Estate & Construction practice, advising domestic and international clients on major real estate, construction, development and infrastructure projects in Serbia.
He has nearly two decades of experience across residential, office, retail, mixed-use, industrial, hotel and leisure projects, including acquisitions, project development, zoning, permitting, construction documentation, leasing and asset management matters.
Nikola regularly advises investors, developers, contractors, mining companies and foreign embassies on complex Serbian law matters involving real estate, construction, infrastructure, environmental, regulatory and project development issues.
He has particular experience in zoning and permitting matters, as well as in drafting and negotiating tailor-made and FIDIC-based construction agreements.
