Marko Jovković is a Senior Partner at MVJ, advising domestic and international clients on complex corporate, M&A and restructuring matters in Serbia and the wider CEE region.

He acts on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, corporate reorganisations and governance matters, often involving cross-border transaction structures, strategic investors and privately held businesses.

Marko is particularly experienced in advising boards, founders, investors and high-net-worth individuals on sensitive corporate, investment and shareholder matters, including the structuring, protection and development of business interests.

He also works closely with MVJ’s transactional teams on acquisition finance, refinancing and restructuring matters where corporate, governance and financing aspects intersect.
