Dušan Đorđević is a Senior Partner at MVJ, advising international clients on energy, infrastructure, public procurement and complex project development matters in Serbia and the wider region.

He acts on major energy and infrastructure projects, PPP and concession arrangements, public procurement procedures, construction contracts and regulatory matters, often involving cross-border project structures, international contractors, development institutions and multinational companies.

Dušan has particular experience in consortium structuring, FIDIC and other international construction contract models, as well as procurement frameworks governed by Serbian law and the rules of international financial institutions.

Before joining MVJ, Dušan spent more than eight years as Head of Legal and General Counsel of a regional Siemens subsidiary, giving him strong in-house insight into the expectations of multinational clients and the practical delivery of complex industrial and infrastructure projects.
