MVJ has successfully advised CEE-BIG, as seller, on sale of 100% share in ES Logistike Nekretnina, as owner of the underlying real estate, to Emmezeta.
MVJ advised CEE-BIG B.V. on sale of 100% share in ES Logisticke Nekretnine, which was a 100% owner of a commercial real estate to be used for the retail center. The target was acquired by BM Land Cesko s.r.o, a member of Emmezeta group. MVJ advised the seller on all aspects of the deal, including structuring of the deal and transaction documents. The advisory involved negotiations and drafting of the share purchase agreement, as well as relating documents, but also refinancing of existing facilities with Erste Bank Serbia ad Novi Sad. MVJ advised CEE-BIG on financing of the repayment of the Erste loan.
