MVJ Markovic Vukotic Jovkovic successfully advised Air Serbia and provided comprehensive legal support to Air Serbia in their recent ground handling agreement and joint venture partnership between Air Serbia and Menzies Aviation. This collaboration culminated in the formation of Menzies Aviation Beograd doo, a joint venture dedicated to delivering exceptional passenger and aircraft ground handling services for the Serbian national airline at Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport.
We are proud to announce that Air Serbia’s CEO, Jiri Marek, alongside Menzies Aviation’s Chief Governance & Sustainability Officer & Company Secretary, John Geddes, and Menzies Aviation Beograd doo GM and shareholder, Ana Marojevic, officially signed the contract in Belgrade. The joint venture agreement, pending competition and regulatory approval, marks a significant milestone in the aviation industry.
Entrusted with overseeing and implementing this joint venture partnership, we ensured that every legal aspect was meticulously handled, paving the way for a successful partnership that promises to elevate the standards of aviation services in Serbia.
